2. Scope

These terms govern distance sales of products offered on hooppup.com to consumers worldwide. For EU consumers, Directive 2011/83/EU and the applicable national consumer law apply; nothing in these terms limits your mandatory statutory rights in your country of residence.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse orders in case of unavailability or irregularities.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency and include VAT where applicable (EU). For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes may be charged by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay). Payment data is handled exclusively by the payment provider.

5. Shipping

See the Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to the consumer upon delivery.

6. Withdrawal and returns

See the Returns & refunds page. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal; HoopPup voluntarily extends the period to 30 days for all customers.

7. Legal guarantee

EU consumers benefit from the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity (Directive 2019/771/EU). Consumers elsewhere benefit from the statutory warranties of their jurisdiction.

8. Product use

The costume is a novelty accessory. Do not leave your dog unattended while wearing it; remove it at any sign of discomfort; it is not a harness and must not be used to attach a leash.

9. Governing law and disputes
