Delivery times

• Processing: 1–2 business days.
• Europe: 12–18 business days, tracked.
• United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia: 14–22 business days, tracked.
• Rest of the world: 18–30 business days, tracked.

Times are estimates and can stretch during peak periods (Halloween, Black Friday, Christmas). For Halloween we recommend ordering by October 5.

Shipping costs

• Europe: €4.90 — free on orders over €35.
• US, UK, Canada, Australia: €7.90 — free on orders over €50.
• Rest of the world: €9.90 — free on orders over €60.

Where we ship from

Orders ship from our partner warehouse. EU prices are all-inclusive. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country's threshold and are the responsibility of the recipient (US orders under $800 are duty-free).

Tracking

As soon as your parcel ships you receive an email and SMS with the tracking code. You can also follow it on the Track your order page.

Late or lost parcel

If your parcel hasn't arrived 30 business days after shipping, email hello@hooppup.com: we reship or refund, your choice.
