30-Day MVP Guarantee

You have 30 days from delivery to exchange the size or return the product for a refund. This applies to every customer worldwide and goes beyond the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for EU consumers (Directive 2011/83/EU), which remains in force.

Size exchange (free)

1. Email hello@hooppup.com with your order number and the size you need.
2. We ship the new size and send you instructions to return the wrong one.

Return for a refund

1. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
2. We send you the return address. The product must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
3. Refund within 14 days of receiving the return, to the original payment method.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty or we made a mistake (in which case we cover everything).

Faulty or damaged product

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery: we ship a replacement straight away, no return needed.

EU right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason by notifying hello@hooppup.com. You may use the model withdrawal form in Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU. The refund includes standard delivery costs.
