What if the size is wrong?

Free size exchange within 30 days of delivery. Email us your order number and the new size: we ship the replacement and tell you how to send the other one back. Prefer a refund? No problem.

Will my dog actually tolerate it?

It's a front-only costume: it covers just the chest and fastens with two velcro straps. Legs, tail and belly stay free; there are no sleeves or hoods. Most dogs forget about it within a minute. Tip: try it at home first with a treat.

How long does shipping take?

We ship within 24–48 business hours with tracking. Estimated delivery: 12–18 business days in Europe, 14–22 business days to the US, UK, Canada and Australia. You get the tracking link by email and SMS. For Halloween, order by October 5.

Does it fit a big dog?

Size Large fits up to a 62 cm / 24.4 in chest (Beagle, Cocker Spaniel, Border Collie, smaller Labrador). For bigger dogs we don't have a size yet — email us and we'll let you know when it lands.

How do I wash it?

Machine wash at 30°C / 86°F, gentle cycle, inside a laundry bag. No tumble dryer.

Can I order two different sizes in the 2-pack?

Yes: pick the "2 HoopPup" offer and a size selector appears for each dog. The discount applies automatically at checkout.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments on Stripe infrastructure with SSL encryption: your card details never touch our site.

Will I pay customs duties?

EU orders: no, prices are all-inclusive. US orders under $800 are duty-free. UK, Canada and Australia: small import charges may apply depending on local thresholds; they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I track my order?

Yes, from the Track your order page or from the link in your shipping email.
